The Canor AI 2.10 is a hybrid integrated amplifier delivering 2 x 150W into 4Ω, pairing a tube preamplifier stage with a Class-D power amplifier section.
The Class-D power amplifier section is fed by a filtered and tuned linear power supply, with additional low-impedance LC filters used to suppress the amplifier's carrier frequency as thoroughly as possible.
The preamplifier stage consists of a pair of precisely selected 6922 tubes, feeding into a precise relay attenuator on the input.
An oversized toroidal input transformer keeps noise low throughout the signal path.
XLR inputs carry a strictly symmetrical signal all the way to the power amplifier section -- the entire signal path is balanced.
The AI 2.10's circuit boards use Canor's proprietary CMT™ (Canor PCB Milling Technology), which brings the dielectric loss factor of the PCB close to that of air -- repeatably approaching the performance level of point-to-point, wire-to-wire connections.
