Service and Reliability

I am particularly fond of Klipsch Reference Premiere Subwoofers because of their reliability, warranty, and customer service we are able to provide through Gentec International (Klipsch Canada Warehouse). Gentec is located in Markham, Ontario and has most parts readily available if something should go wrong - which is rare. This is why I love Klipsch. I have had many repair requests over the years for other subwoofer brands from customers who purchased at competitors and did not receive proper after-sales customer service. Understand who you purchase from and the brand you are purchasing. Ask if parts are readily available for warranty and out of warranty claims.
