High Precision Motor Control: The Pro-Ject T2W features a high precision motor that drives a belt system connected to a newly designed sub-platter exclusive for this turntable. The sub-platter is mounted on an ultra-precise 0.001mm main bearing with a hardened steel axle and brass bushing. A rocker switch on the side of the turntable allows you to change speeds with the push of only a single button. Besides being able to effortlessly change replay speeds with the push of a button, the playback speed is electronically controlled with the utmost precision, which results in the most accurate and stable speed. The Pro-Ject T2W supports 33-1/3 & 45 rpm speed playback (45rpm adapter included).
Zero-Resonance Philosophy: The T2W turntable features Pro-Ject's zero-resonance philosophy by incorporating a MDF (medium density fiberboard) plinth, 10mm glass platter (1.7kg), and damped aluminum feet. The sturdy MDF plinth is available in a gloss black, satin white, and walnut veneer finish. It rests on three height adjustable damped feet to guarantee the perfect stand & reduce risk of acoustical feedback. In addition, the included heavy glass platter avoids the flaws of plastic or lightweight steel alternatives. A felt mat is also included to further protect your vinyl record collection.
Sumiko Rainier MM Cartridge: The pre-installed Sumiko Rainier is a moving magnet (MM) phono cartridge with an all-new integrated body and generator system that significantly reduces internal resonances. It features an aluminum pipe cantilever, elliptical stylus, and pure copper wiring. The Rainier cartridge offers smooth, natural sound reproduction and skillfully places instruments & vocals right where they belong.
9" Aluminum Tonearm: With its 9" effective length and stiff aluminum construction, this one-piece tonearm also features new updated low-friction bearings to accommodate the increased length and diameter for absolute accuracy during vinyl record playback. The included counter-weight and adjustable spring-based anti-skating mechanism optimizes the turntable's tonearm and phono cartridge/stylus performance.
Wired or Wireless Network Connection: The Pro-Ject T2W offers wired (Ethernet) and wireless (WiFi) network connectivity allowing for connection to your network router and most UPnP devices and components on the same local network. the T2W offers the latest WiFi 6 support with support for 2.4/5GHz dual-band, 802.11ax and 2x2 MIMO. Its also equipped with a RJ45 LAN Ethernet jack.
- Universal Plug and Play (UPnP): With UPnP support the T2W turntable's audio can be wirelessly streamed iin MP3 to many of the most popular wireless multiroom audio systems including Sonos, Heos (including Denon & Marantz), WiiM, Andover, Cambridge Audio, HiFi Rose, KEF, Onkyo, Pioneer, Rotel, Sonus Faber, and Samsung. You can stream to a single UPnP component or multiple UPnP components.
- Pro-Ject Control App: The Pro-Ject Control app (for Apple iOS and Android OS) is used for WiFi setup and UPnP connection from your compatible smartphone or table device. From the app you can select which compatible UPnP components you want to stream the T2W's audio to. Your compatible Apple iOS or Android OS device with the Pro-Ject Control app connects to the TW2W turntable via WiFi and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).
Built-In Phono Preamp with Stereo RCA Outputs: The Pro-Ject T2W features a built-in preamp phono MM stage that allows you to connect the turntable to an integrated amp or receiver that does not have a dedicated Phono MM input. The Pro-Ject T2W is outfitted with a set of stereo RCA outputs and comes with Pro-Ject's Connect-it-E high-quality stereo RCA cable to connect the turntable to your integrated amplifier or receiver. The Pro-Ject Connect-it-E cable is a semi-balanced, low-capacitance cable, with superior shielding. However, you can always upgrade to an even higher quality cable if preferred.
Note: The built-in phono preamp cannot be turned off and must be connected to a standard analog line-level input. It cannot be connected to a dedicated phono input.
Dust Cover: The Pro-Ject T2W comes supplied with a clear acrylic dust cover to prevent dust build-up on the turntable and your vinyl record collection.

AC Power Adapter: The Pro-Ject T2W operates off of standard household current using the supplied external AC power adapter which will need to be plugged into the back of the turntable and into an AC power outlet or surge protector/line-conditioner (sold separately).
Auto Standby: The T2W turntable will automatically power off and switch to standby mode when there is no audio signal or operation for approximately 20 minutes.
