CD player with HEOS® network streaming and a 112 dB signal-to-noise ratio
The Marantz CD 50n is a CD player, network player, and digital preamp in one, built around a 32-bit/384kHz DAC and two custom Marantz Musical digital filters for the brand's signature warm, spacious sound. It streams over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and doubles as a preamp for other digital sources.
HDAM® with ESS Sabre DAC: The CD 50n's custom-curated Hyper-Dynamic Amplifier Module (HDAM) circuitry outperforms an off-the-shelf integrated circuit for the low-noise preamp stage and dedicated headphone amp, while an ESS Sabre ES9038 DAC with ESS Hyper Stream handles playback up to 11.2MHz DSD128 and 32-bit/384kHz PCM. Marantz's own Musical Digital Filtering (MMDF) shapes the digital output for the brand's characteristically warm, spacious sound.

If the shipping box shows signs of physical damage, we recommend inspecting the product while the shipping company is present. Minor punctures or dents to the box do not often result in damage to the well-padded product inside, so a refusal of delivery is generally not necessary for minor box imperfections. However, should the product itself show signs of damage, it must be refused at the time of delivery for an RMA. Products not refused due to damage at the time of delivery will not be eligible for RMAs. To ensure your full rights to warranty and potential future claims, please have the delivery company note any box damage on file, even if the product itself appears undamaged.
