Wi-Fi 6E with Optional Wired Ethernet: The Home 400 connects over tri-band Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax, 2.4/5/6GHz) for whole-home HEOS® audio, set up through the free app, and its USB-C port can also become a wired Gigabit Ethernet connection with an optional adapter for the most stable possible link.

If the shipping box shows signs of physical damage, we recommend inspecting the product while the shipping company is present. Products not refused due to damage at the time of delivery will not be eligible for RMAs.
