Quad DAC with Isolated Circuitry: The DNP-2000NE runs four ES9018K2M Sabre32 Reference DACs in a quad configuration for a more powerful, detailed signal, backed by analog and digital circuit boards that are physically isolated from each other and their own independent power line off the transformer — both aimed at keeping digital noise out of the analog signal path. The steel chassis (with a double-layer bottom plate) and aluminum front panel, knob, and buttons round out a build focused on quiet, stable performance.

Wired or Wireless, Your Choice: An RJ-45 Ethernet jack handles a wired connection, while built-in dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11ac, 2.4/5GHz with WPA2-PSK security) covers wireless setup via WPS button, access point scan, manual entry, or PIN. Either way, you get HEOS® (Pandora, Amazon Music, TIDAL), TuneIn internet radio, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2®, and playback from a networked PC or DLNA server.
USB & Bluetooth® Playback
USB Mass Storage Support: A rear-panel USB-A 2.0 port plays high-res and compressed files straight from a thumb drive or hard drive (external power required for most HDDs), recognizing up to 500 folders and 5,000 files, with full song/artist/album browsing from the HEOS app on iOS or Android. The port also charges USB devices at 5V/1A, even while the DNP-2000NE itself is in standby.
