About the Denon DM-41SBK
The DM-41SBK (D-M41) is a complete micro stereo system built around Denon's "Simple & Straight" design philosophy — a discrete analog amplifier stage delivers 30 watts per channel into 6 ohms through short, uncomplicated signal paths, with dual power transformers keeping the current supply stable under load for cleaner, more faithful sound reproduction.
A front-loading single-tray CD player handles standard CD-Audio and CD-Text discs (both 12cm and 8cm) as well as MP3 and WMA files burned to CD-R/RW, with a low-vibration mechanism and optional auto-play on disc insert. Built-in Bluetooth 4.0 (A2DP 1.3/AVRCP 1.5, about 33 feet of range) adds instant wireless streaming from a phone, tablet, or computer, with its own on/off switch so it's only active when you want it. An AM/FM stereo tuner with 40 presets rounds out the built-in sources.
A two-line dot-matrix fluorescent display shows source, track and song/artist info for MP3/WMA files, radio station, and a 12-hour clock with alarm and sleep timer, adjustable across four brightness levels including off. Two optical digital inputs let you connect a TV or other digital device, and an RCA analog input plus a mono subwoofer output round out connectivity. The system uses only 0.3W in standby mode.
